Infomap360 Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service completely before initializing workspace environments. This legally binding operational contract is maintained by Infomap360 Global Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and sets forth specifications governing workspace parameters, proposal liability boundaries, and structural dashboard operations.

1. Account Security, MFA, & Workspace Provisioning

To access our smart home automation configuration toolsets, integration companies and their design personnel must establish verified administrative seats:

• Credential Responsibility: Integrators assume total responsibility for insulating corporate emails, credentials, and password matrices. Your staff must report suspicious environment anomalies or unauthorized workspace sessions instantly.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): To guarantee end-to-end security over sensitive project layouts and client data, users must abide by multi-factor challenge scripts. Flushing or resetting device validation keys must follow the authorization steps outlined in our `request_reset.php` parameters.
• Email Dispatch & Communication Alert: The platform sends vital verification tokens, client proposal receipts, and configuration logs via email channels. You acknowledge that corporate automated transmissions can occasionally be diverted by filtering firewalls or end-user configurations into spam/junk directories. It remains your responsibility to white-list our domains and audit these folders systematically.

2. Critical AI Integration & Calculation Audit Protocol

Our environments provide cutting-edge automated assistance modules to streamline project design and resource allocation:

• AI Model Processing Pipelines: To generate technical components lists, design summaries, room configuration strategies, and price distributions, portions of your data sheets, parameters, and layout text strings are passed securely to external artificial intelligence (AI) sub-systems.
• Mandatory Verification Mandate: Because automated intelligence processing can occasionally produce hallucinations, formatting irregularities, or localized computational discrepancies, **Infomap360 assumes zero responsibility or liability for any errors, price variations, missing items, or financial calculation mistakes**.
• Final Review Imperative: You are explicitly ordered and legally obligated to strictly audit, double-check, and confirm every single amount, estimate, itemized quote, and configuration document generated by this platform before submitting, sending, or committing those files to your end clients.

3. Boundaries of Liability & Hardware Isolation

Our platform operates under rigid liability boundaries. You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following structural limits:

• Pure Software Utility: Infomap360 is **strictly a software planning tool**. We have no physical connection to, relationship with, or oversight over the physical installation of home automation hardware at any project site.
• Partner and Manufacturer Isolation: We are completely independent of any partner products, smart relays, AV panels, ambient control boards, or smart home components integrated through our tools. Any physical hardware failure, product recall, or electrical damage is entirely outside our scope of liability.

4. Operational Maintenance & Availability Safeguards

Our engineering teams maintain continuous code reviews to ensure platform stability:

• Prior Maintenance Warning Protocol: While we aim for seamless platform accessibility, system updates are necessary to secure operations. Except in rare cases of emergency security breaches, **we will provide prior notice via our primary channels or admin banners before beginning scheduled infrastructure maintenance sequences**.
• Hardware Render Adjustments: Infomap360 reserves the right to adjust interface scales, rendering frameworks, logic flows, and automation tools to optimize user experiences across various monitor types and mobile device layouts.

5. Permitted Use & Prohibited Exploitations

Users are prohibited from using this enterprise smart home automation workspace to perform harmful infrastructure manipulations, including:

• Attempting to bypass security barriers, run automated reverse-engineering scripts on compiled code layers, or inject SQL scripts into dynamic input groups.
• Spoofing client browser telemetry nodes, masking geolocation tracking checks required for site audits, or forging environmental indicators (`$env_var`).
• Using platform data pipelines to distribute malware or unauthorized automation command matrices designed to compromise smart devices.
